Destination Specialist

Travel has always played an integral part of Laura's life. In childhood she traveled all over the US, Canada, and Mexico, then later explored all over Europe, including spending extensive time in Scandinavia and the Nordics. After receiving two bachelor's degrees in psychology and sociology, she decided she'd rather have a career in travel. Laura received her Certified Travel Consultant designation, and has went on to work in the travel industry for the past 25 years. Laura believes the best way to create travel memories is to engage local experts to illuminate the sights, sounds, and stories of the regions being visited. She strongly believes in the transformative and educational value of travel, and loves designing new adventures that inspire appreciation for the world around us. When not traveling afar, she loves spending time with her family in San Diego; from hiking and swimming, to cooking and photography, there is always something fun to try!
