Samantha developed a love of sampling international food and music from an early age when she was a child expat in Mexico. She graduated Guilford College as a Dean’s List student with a degree in Philosophy and Criminal Justice. After a two-year stint with the Peace Corps in rural Mozambique, she returned to Central and South America to live, work, and travel. Samantha now lives in Santiago, Chile and spends her spare time at music festivals, scuba diving, or butchering songs in karaoke.
