Aguas Arriba

Aguas Arriba Lodge sits near the Lago del Desierto in Argentine Patagonia, 20 miles from El Chalten. Its six rooms provide majestic views of the lake, the north face of Mount Fitzroy, Mount Torre, and the Vespignani Glacier. The lodge is part of the Estancia Rio de las Vueltas, a property with 700 hectares of mountain and 900 meters of shore line, covered with centenarian trees from the Nothfagus species. In the dining area, you'll feast upon fresh produce from the garden.

Excursions:
Your stay at Aguas Arriba is all inclusive, with a variety of excursions to choose from. These include fishing, treks to nearby mountain lakes and glaciers, and horseback riding excursions. The staff at the lodge will discuss the different options with you when you arrive and be able to answer any questions you might have regarding your stay.
