Shinde Footsteps

Shinde Footsteps was rebuilt and rebranded at the end of 2022, opening officially in May 2023. Nestled on the northern edge of the Okavango Delta in the Shinde Private Concession, this charming and timeless camp grants guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature. Days are spent exploring the wilderness areas, while evenings are wound away around the fire, down on the Kalahari sand.

Despite having four tents, Shinde Footsteps accommodates a maximum of six guests at any given time, ensuring an intimate and exclusive safari experience for couples, small groups, or families. Shinde Footsteps’ main area includes a dining tent and lounge that offer captivating views over a permanent hippo pool.
