Chaa Creek is composed of 23 palm-thatched cottages and provides a unique and comfortable base for adventures in the rainforests of Belize. This private, 365-acre nature reserve sits along the banks of the Macal River in the foothills of the Maya Mountains. A diversity of exotic jungle dwellers make their home in the area, including peccaries, jaguars, monkeys, and over 300 species of tropical and migratory birds.
Excursions and Activities: Optional activities include canoeing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, and visiting the botanical gardens and butterfly farm. You can enquire about your various options when you arrive to the lodge.
