The Hotel Lungarno is steps away from the Arno river, boasting one of the best locations in Florence. This 65 room hotel underwent a major refurb in 2017. The rooms are stunning, all of them with antique furnishings and original paintings from the hotel’s collection. The hotel has a retro vibe to it that lends well to the interior design of neat, neo-classical and nautical elements (creamy sofas with blue piping, monochrome sailing prints in the reception) which gives the vague feel of a ship gently cruising down the Arno.
