The Galaxy Diver II is a first-class expedition yacht accommodating up to 16 guests in 8 ensuite cabins. It’s operated by a crew of 9 plus either one naturalist guide or two bilingual dive guides. The vessel is unique in offering two distinct types of itineraries: diving-focused liveaboard departures or naturalist itineraries for non-divers. Onboard spaces include a dining room, a lounge, a shaded deck, and a sun deck. For diving departures, a dedicated dive deck with gear storage and compressors is available, along with nitrox for certified divers. The ship offers kayaks and paddleboards for guests on naturalist departures to enjoy. Please note that kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling activities are offered in designated areas as permitted by national park guidelines and local weather conditions. Note that for diving itineraries, you have to be a certified advanced diver with at least 50 recorded dives, including deep, current, and night dives. Prepare to have your logbook documenting your dives with you.
