Two of the newer boats in the islands, the Origin and Theory are sister ships designed for a luxurious boutique experience. These 20-passenger Relais & Chateaux ships have 10 cabins with panoramic windows and feature spacious social areas, sun decks and Jacuzzis, space for al fresco dining, a fitness center, spa, and a glass-bottom boat. Meals are planned and prepared by trained chefs, there is an onboard concierge for assistance, and the boats have an open bar policy. With two naturalist guides, Origin/Theory offer some of the best guide-to-guest ratios in the islands. Excursions include snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and panga rides.

The Origin/Theory have 10 Deluxe Double Staterooms (140 square feet) located on the Main Deck. Each cabin has two twin beds that can be converted to one king bed. Two of the cabins can be converted to triples to accommodate a third passenger. All cabins have panoramic windows, private bathrooms, individual climate controls and ample storage space for clothing and luggage.
