A discount of $250 will be applied to your first tour booked with Vaya Adventures. To qualify for the discount for new clients, the Referee must name Referrer, can only have one Referrer, and bookings must be for a minimum of $3,500, exclusive of applicable taxes. Referred travelers and those other individuals (if any) traveling with them on the trip booked must not have previously traveled with Vaya Adventures. Discounts are on a per-trip booked basis and not on a per-person basis. By way of example, if two of your referrals book one trip for themselves and three other travelers, a discount of $250 will be available to you on your next trip.

The deposit for a new client’s first trip will be based on 100% of the trip price and the $250 discount will be taken off the owing balance due at final payment. The refer-a-friend discount should be mentioned at the initial stage of trip planning with a Vaya Destination Specialist.

For each qualifying referral, a discount of $250 will be made available on the following terms. This discount applies to future trips booked by past Vaya Adventures travelers only. Discounts can be applied to any trip valued at a min of $3,500 exclusive of applicable taxes. Referrer can have multiple Referee’s listed on their profile, maximum discount that can be redeemed on any one trip is $3,750 (i.e., not more than 15 qualifying referrals). Discount is applied as of the last day of the newly referred booking’s tour. Trips that are booked but then not taken or canceled do not qualify for a discount.

You must communicate your desire to use some or all of your qualifying Refer-A-Friend discounts at the initial stage of trip planning with your Vaya Adventures Destination Specialist. The deposit for any trip with Refer-A-Friend discounts will be based on 100% of the trip price and the discount will be taken off the balance due at final payment.

Vaya Adventures Refer-A-Friend discounts apply to new bookings only, direct bookings only, are in US dollars, are non-transferable, is not combinable with certain specials, discounts and promotions. We reserve the right to alter or terminate the Refer-a-Friend program at any time without prior notice. Discounts are valid for one year from the return date of the applicable referred trip, after which the discount shall expire and cease to be valid. Discounts can not be applied to previously booked trips. Someone who joins the same tour of a the referred is not considered a new traveler for the purposes of this program.
