Destination Specialist:
Emily Green
Emily was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA but began her love affair with Latin America at the age of 16, following an exchange program in Argentina. Since then Emily has studied, lived, and worked across the continent, most recently as Director of the Torres del Paine Legacy Fund in Chilean Patagonia, connecting travel and conservation to implement inclusive stewardship models for this iconic national park. Emily holds a BA from Pomona College in international relations and an MA in international policy studies from Stanford University, where she was also a researcher at the Center for Democracy, Development and Rule of Law. She loves fly-fishing, hiking, and camping with her friends, family and dogs, and when not out on the river is most likely cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers or Penguins.
