Destination Specialist - Latin America

Born and raised in California, Sydney came to travel by way of a life in academia, using the summer breaks and winter holidays during her PhD program as an excuse for adventuring all over the world. She has journeyed across the globe by kayak, cramp-on, horseback, and bike, but her favorite way to explore will always be on foot. Ever since she visited Machu Picchu and Torres del Paine in 2013, she’s been eternally looking for the next mountain to hike.

This led Sydney to a career in bespoke travel advising, and has spent the last decade designing tailor-made itineraries across Latin America (with 6 of those years specializing particularly in Patagonia, the place that started it all!).

When she is not out adventuring, Sydney can be found at home in sunny Los Angeles: hiking the trail behind her house on her lunch break, watching inordinate amounts of television cozy on her couch, or - of course - planning her next trip, and yours!
