Destination Specialist:
Melissa Marini
Melissa was born and raised in a simple New England town outside of Boston, Massachusetts. After studying Business Administration and HR management and years working in corporate America, she escaped the city and moved to Maine where she was constantly seeking mountains to hike and bike, and rivers to kayak. An adventure to Chile sparked her passion for the wild and vibrant cultures of South America, and she has since traveled extensively throughout Central and South America. After several years living and working in Cusco, Melissa now resides in the Sacred Valley of Peru. A fanatic of Incan architecture and traditional Andean textiles, when not planning adventures for her clients she can be found gardening, attempting to learn the Andean language Quechua, and hiking with her dog, Chasky.
